Local Network Usage
Cards by Cole uses your local network (WiFi and Bluetooth) to discover and connect with nearby players for multiplayer gameplay. This communication happens directly between devices — no data passes through our servers or any third-party servers. Player display names are shared only with connected devices during a game session and are not stored or transmitted elsewhere.
In-App Purchases
Cards by Cole offers optional cosmetic card themes as in-app purchases. These transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Purchase records are managed by Apple and linked to your Apple ID.
Data Storage
The app stores minimal preferences (such as your chosen card theme) locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data is not transmitted or shared.
Children's Privacy
Cards by Cole does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is rated 4+ and contains no objectionable content.
Third-Party Services
Cards by Cole does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The only third-party service involved is Apple's App Store for processing in-app purchases.
