Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cards by Cole ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Use of the App
You may use the App for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any form of real-money gambling
In-App Purchases
Cards by Cole offers optional cosmetic card themes as in-app purchases. All purchases are final and processed by Apple. Refund requests should be directed to Apple through their standard refund process. Purchased themes are cosmetic only and provide no gameplay advantage.
Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, card artwork, and branding within the App are the property of Cole Clifford and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cole Clifford shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of gameplay.
Multiplayer Conduct
When using the local multiplayer features, you are responsible for your interactions with other players. The App facilitates local gameplay only and does not moderate player behavior.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
